How to top up a KopiBank card with USDT
A top-up takes two moves: USDT goes into your KopiBank wallet, then money goes onto the card. Below is only what KopiBank's help center confirms as of 19 Oct 2026; anything it does not say is marked.

In short
KopiBank is a product of ARUT's author. This guide follows the KopiBank help center.
- The wallet and the card have separate balances. Topping up the card is its own operation.
- The minimum card top-up is 10 USDT (for all three cards on sale).
- The network you send on must match the one picked in the app. A mismatch can cost the whole amount.
- A wallet deposit usually lands in a few seconds to 10–15 minutes.
- The help center names no top-up fee. Check the final amount on the confirmation screen.
Before you start
- Sign up with email and confirm it with the code you receive.
- Pass KYC: no card is issued without it. An automatic check usually takes minutes, a manual one up to 1–2 business days.
- Issue a card in the Cards tab. The card is paid for from the wallet balance, so you fund the wallet first anyway.
Step 1. Fund your KopiBank wallet
- Open the Main tab in the app or on the website.
- Tap Top Up.
- Pick the asset: USDT.
- Pick a blockchain network from the list the app shows.
- Copy the whole address or scan the QR code.
- On your exchange or wallet, send USDT to that address on the same network.
The wallet has a different address for each network. An address for network A is not valid for a transfer on network B.
Before sending, check three things: same asset (USDT, not another token), same network on both sides, full address copied. The help center asks for exactly this, and these are the main causes of lost funds.
Step 2. Move money onto the card
- Open the Cards tab.
- Select your card.
- Tap Top Up.
- Choose the network (blockchain), currency and amount.
- Confirm.
The rate for USDT, according to KopiBank's website: 1 USDT = 1 USD. The cards are in US dollars.
The help center does not say whether a card top-up is taken from the wallet balance or shows a separate address to send to. If an address appears on screen, every rule from step 1 applies to it.
What it costs
KopiBank's help center does not mention a card top-up fee. The public tariff has a field called deposit_commission: 2 for Visa Universe and 3.5 for Mastercard Business and Visa E-commerce. Nothing explains whether this is a percentage or dollars, or when it is charged, so we treat it as unclear.
- Read the amount to be credited on the confirmation screen before you tap the button.
- Current terms: Profile → Information → Card rates.
- You also pay a network fee to whoever sends your USDT.
All card fees: KopiBank fees and limits.
How long it takes
- Wallet: a few seconds to 10–15 minutes per the help center, depending on the network and how busy it is.
- Card: the help center does not say how long the wallet-to-card step takes. If the amount does not show up after a long wait, contact support.
If USDT has not reached the wallet, look up the transfer by its hash (TXID) in a block explorer. Confirmed on-chain but not in the wallet: contact support via Profile → Support.
Common mistakes
- Wrong network. You picked one network in the app and sent on another from the exchange. This is the main way people lose money. More: withdrawal network.
- Memo or tag. KopiBank's help center does not mention a memo. If the deposit screen does show one, include it, or the deposit may not be credited. More: memo tag.
- Below the minimum. A card top-up under 10 USDT will not go through. Remember the exchange takes its fee out of the amount you send.
- Address from history. Do not copy an address from old transactions: scammers plant look-alike addresses. See address poisoning.
- Balance cut too fine. Declined payments may be charged a fee, which can push the balance below zero. The Visa Universe help page names 0.50 USD per decline. A negative balance is one of the reasons cards get blocked.
- Loading more than you need. Moving money from the card back to the wallet only works through support, from 100 USD, with a 1% fee. Top up for the spending you have planned.
Safety
Never share your password, SMS or email codes, CVV or full card details. KopiBank support does not ask for them, and anyone who does is a scammer. Before every transfer check the address, network and amount.
If you have not issued a card yet: open KopiBank.
